“ Fried ravioli was delish. I do wish my eggplant was a little softer but overall pretty good. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere is super chill, fancy, and laid back at the same time. ”
“ Such a cute little restaurant. The food is homemade and definitely delicious!! First time in and everyone was so nice and polite. Even cooks walking back and forth said hello. I got to chit chat with the owners son, he explained it’s family owned and the recipes come from in the family. I absolutely love that! The desserts were soooooo good too! Make sure you stop in and give them a try! ”
“ The food was good. The interior of the restaurant was nice. The young woman who assisted me was extremely helpful & very pleasant. Edit: Ate there a second time. Still good. I wish the "grilled" chicken has some grill marks & char. ”
“ If I could give Happy Eats Pasta six stars, I absolutely would! Monica and her sons make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. After recently returning from a trip to Tuscany, we were delighted to find authentic, delicious pasta that transported us right back to Italy. The flavors, the warmth, and the genuine hospitality here are unmatched. This is more than just a restaurant—it’s a community gem that we wholeheartedly support. If you’re in Colorado Springs, this is a must-visit spot! ”
“ Fantastic!!! It's food like this that Colorado Springs desperately needs. Loved everything we had. All homemade (except the pasta). I loved the habanero ghost pepper sauce and my husband enjoyed the chipotle sauce. The fried ravioli were to DIE for and so were the meatball sliders. Loved it all! Plus, no exaggeration, the BEST customer service we have had since coming to Colorado (been here 3 years). Absolutely impressed by the staff and the decor was splendid (see picture - wooden tables and chairs with adorable flower and candle centerpieces - such charm!) Love it and coming back. ”
“ We had a great meal at Happy Eats Pasta! Our waitress was also one of the owners, and she was the best! You could see her passion for the business and her pride in their food. Everything tasted great, the portions were solid, there were tons of options (especially considering the build your own pasta option) and it was reasonably priced. Definitely recommended!!! I went with the build your own pasta with the fresh pesto and broccoli along with a side salad. I love a good pesto! Others in our group went with build your own but added salmon or chicken, and another went with the chicken parm. Everyone loved their food! Make sure you visit when in Colorado Springs! ”
“ This was of first time eating here and I was impressed. The small unexpended atmosphere was a welcome treat? There were generous portion sizes and plenty of ways to customize your order. The food was fresh and flavorful and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back! ”
“ If you guys ever visiting the Garden of the Gods park and looking for a great place to eat, we highly recommend Happy Eats pasta place. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean. The food is amazing, we ordered three different pastas and they all were great. My favorite was that you can build your own pasta with the ingredients you want in it. We will definitely be back for more. ”
